Mir kao prevara/Peace as deception
There can be no lasting peace while Gaza is under siege, the West Bank is covered with illegal settlements, and East Jerusalem is under Israeli control. The illusion of a two-state solution does not change the basic facts: Israel continues to expand its territory, deliberately violating international law, while Palestinians are offered a “solution” that in practice enables the continuation of colonial expansion. If we want to understand the depth of the problem, we must critically re-examine the very logic of that “solution.”

Taste of Home
The mission of Taste of Home is the economic emancipation of refugees and migrants through culinary and cultural exchange. The Taste of Home collective is guided by values of respect for human beings and their needs. Taste of Home brings together people in search of happiness and safety who share a part of themselves – memories of the flavors of their childhood and youth, as well as the tastes of growing up in a new society. Our flavors are flavors of memory and memories of flavor, rooted in the kitchens and traditions of the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Arab world.

The Organisation of Irresponsibility?
The COVID-19 pandemic challenged us to rethink how contemporary states navigate crises. Despite the extraordinary transformations of 2020–22, existing inequalities and power imbalances proved remarkably resilient. This volume argues that post-neoliberal states and governing classes were unequal to the historical moment, learning little about how to adapt to wider political, socio-economic, and ecological challenges. Bringing together critical perspectives, the book highlights how decision-making, leadership, and policy responses were inseparable from political power structures and societal contexts. The volume shows how crisis governance is actively contested, resisted, and shaped by social groups - and how social cleavages are either deepened or challenged in times of crisis.
